1. Calcium carbide(CaC2) can react with water to generate acetylene(C2H2), which is a paramount industrial gas used for welding and cutting metals. Furthermore, it can be also used to synthesize many organic compounds, such as resin, rubber, ketene, acetone, carbon black, etc.
2. Calcium carbide can be used as desulphurizer in steel industry. It can help to improve the quality of steel.
We ensure that each batch comes out of the furnace with a uniform content. Reduces waste and production costs. Also each batch is recorded as it is produced.
We have our own laboratory. After the goods are produced, random samples are taken and tested for element content to ensure that there are no quality problems.
