Applications of Calcium Silicon

1. CaSi instead of aluminium for terminal deoxidation, the deoxidation capacity is strong and the deoxidation products are easy to float out, it can also improve the performance of steel, the impact toughness and liquidity of steel.

2. Calcium silicon is widely used in the production of high quality steel, special steel and special alloys.

Such as rail steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel and other steel grades and nickel-based alloys, titanium-based alloys and other special alloys.

3. The most widely used method is to process the cored wire and feed it into the ladle.

4. It can be also used as a heating agent in the steelmaking plant of the converter.

5. It can be also used as an inoculant in cast iron and as an additive in the production of ductile iron.

Production

Quality Test

We have our own laboratory. After the goods are produced, random samples are taken and tested for element content to ensure there are no quality problems.
