We provide various sizes of DBM with a very competitive price according to customer’s requirements.
1. Dead Burnt Magnesia (DBM) is mainly used in the manufacture of basic refractories. These basic refractories are used in steelmaking industry in electric arc furnaces (EAF) and various kilns for lining purpose.
2. Dead burnt magnesia as the major material to manufacture basic refractory bricks in refractory realm.
3. Manufacturing ramming mass composition, fettling material and magnesite mortar.
4. It plays a pivotal role in SLAG beneficiation and SLAG splashing in EAF.
5. Dead burnt magnesia is also used as coating material in steel industry.
1. Refractory Grade Fused Magnesia is mainly used in high wear areas in steelmaking, such as converters, ladles and EAF.
2. Compared with dead burnt magnesia, its strength, abrasion resistance and chemical stability are better.
3. It is conducive for improving and consummating the performance and durability to add fused magnesia during the production process of magnesia carbon bricks and some other basic refractories. Generally speaking, refractory grade fused magnesia has a high magnesia content(MgO 96% min and up to 99%)
According to the construction characteristics of ladle gunning mix, combined with the characteristics of ladle slag line and local easy to damage in advance, it adopts raw materials, such as high-quality magnesia, spinel, etc. And add unique binder and admixture.
This series of products have the properties of high adhension strength, low rebound rate, easy sintering, scour resistance, erosion resistance and so on, which is the ideal material for cold and hot repair of ladle slag line and other parts.
1. Magnesia Ramming Mass is mainly used for ramming and filling of steelmaking electric furnaces, the bottom of ferroalloy electric furnaces, the bottom of steel metallurgical furnaces, the furnace mouth and the tapping mouth and the ramming and filling of RH furnace bottom.
2. It has many advantages, such as good chemical stability, erosion resistance, peeling resistance and heat shock resistance.
3. Magnesia ramming mass is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical, machinery and other manufacturing industries.
1. Ideal for the walls and bottom of EAF, magnesia carbon bricks resist the extreme thermal and mechanical conditions caused by molten metal and high-temperature arcs.
2. In steel ladles, magnesia carbon bricks are primarily employed in the slag line region, offering superior resistance to slag erosion, thermal shock, and wear, thus ensuring prolonged service life.
3. It plays a vital role in steel ladles, converter and EAF.
4. Magnesia carbon bricks have many paramount features, such as great chemical stability, high thermal resistance, outstanding thermal shock resistance and excellent wear resistance.
We ensure that each batch comes out of the furnace with a uniform content. Reduces waste and production costs. Also each batch is recorded as it is produced.
We have our own laboratory. After the goods are produced, random samples are taken and tested for element content to ensure that there are no quality problems.
We have long-standing relationships with freight forwarders and shipowners to ensure that goods are delivered on time.
We offer advice on the use and transport of our products, as well as after-sales service. Whatever the problem, please contact us promptly and we will provide a complete guarantee service.
